Wouldn't bother if it were on a blank page, but it's literally blocking some dialog. Is there are way to get it off without damaging the page? Preferably using available household item?
Please let me know if there is any chance these could be from feces. I know it is hard to know from just this photo and I wish I had a better one but I already put it into the freezer in ziploc (look, I've never dealt with anything like this before and was getting lots of conflicting info). If you don't think it is, please just comment to let me know so I can stop freaking out

This was from a book delivery that sat on the kitchen table in a plastic sealed wrap for a 4 days before I got home and then about a day and a half in my room before I opened packaging
There were other books in the bag. I wrapped them in plastic wrap and ziploc and then put those in plastic bin with snap tops. Bin is in my room. Pictured book has been in freezer for a week

Reposting because it occurred to me that the original title didn't indicate what I needed and also to add flair. Concerned about the inner back cover near the spine, especially the large spot that I circled on the second image. Third and fourth images are there to show that there are brown marks on the outer front cover as well which makes me think it is just from food or something but better to be safe than sorry for this kind of thing.
