People please, I say this as a dog owner pick up after your dogs! This morning I saw a man with his dog off leash, he was not even keeping an eye on his dog. As his back was turned the dog pooped in the meadow & the owner immediately put his leash back on & walked out of the meadow 🤦🏽‍♀️ I was so excited when I found out dogs were finally allowed (on leash) in the meadow. However, if dog owners are going to act like this we really don’t deserve to be in that space. I also just saw a post yesterday of another dog biting a toddler & leaving without giving the parents any vaccine information about his dog. Do better folks.

For anyone considering getting internet air from AT&T because it’s so cheap compared to Spectrum, DONT DO IT! Half of the time when I’m on my phone I have to turn off WiFi & use my data bc nothing loads! In the last month it’s been nearly impossible to watch any World Cup games because the connection is soooo bad. I will be switching back to Spectrum even if it costs double what I’m paying with AT&T right now.

Update: thanks to the users who pointed out I have 5g internet & not fiber, MY BAD! Anyways, don’t switch to AT&T 5G internet it is not worth it no wonder it was soooo cheap! Seems like everyone has a good experience with their fiber internet. AT&T Fiber is not available in my area unfortunately.

A couple months ago I accidentally missed a payment due to fraud on my account that caused insufficient funds. I was at an 825 score, the 30 day late payment pushed me down to 670. It’s been two months & im still only back at a 718. I don’t have any debt to “pay off” no collections to “write off”. I tried two good will letters & both have been denied.

I see people here with far worst things on their credit scores who are above a a 730 which I find fascinating. Given that I don’t have anything else bad that I can try & remove from my report, when can I expect to be back in the 800s? Thank you.
