Is this good for a graduation party? Also how do i measure my size. Im 5’6 waist 26 bust 32 ish hips 34/35. How long would this be on me and i wnt that snatched look do i get M or S and is the quality good

The first pic is after and secnd is before. I did cut my split ends a bit because they were getting really bad. How do i grow my hair longer, till it covers my waist? I did color it w permanent color and its health is compromised. I wanna bleach it in the future so how do i make it healthier as well😭 i have really fine hair too
