[chả cá ] Fish guts stir fried in Vietnam

this is apparently one of the most popular dishes in Hanoi or even in Vietnam. It was definitely something unique in terms of taste but I don't think too many will like this because of it's strong Herby and wild veggies taste. Plus, if you're man enough to take their shrimp paste sauce, then you're half way to becoming a Vietnameae :0
Food was 7/10. Would be better if they have more variations of fish!
