Have unknown sensitivities, looking for the right sunscreen.

I think I have perioral dermatitis but I’m not sure. I’m sensitive to a lot of cosmetic ingredients and basically the only things that don’t make me itch (think like a feral animal) or break me out have the consistency of jelloey boogers. I use Marcelle foaming face wash, okay sensitive spf 15 lotion, Klorane shampoo and Pantene conditioner, but my Goliath is sunscreen. I have been recommended to try K beauty sunscreens but the ones I have tried have given me the same result as american/Canadian sunscreens. the closest I ever got was with Sunbum Kids Clear SPF 50, which is gel, but I suspect the breakouts I get from it may be from the type of sunscreen chemical in it, but I struggle to get mineral sunscreens OFF because my skin cannot tolerate any oil, even mineral oil. Every sensitive skin sunscreen if it isn’t $50+ has castor oil, shea butter or sunflower oil in it and they all break me out. I have gone and individually patch tested oils even tallow and squalane and they break me out. I need something made of gel, that actually washes off without oil and does not contain oil.

Anybody know of any sunscreens like this or is my cream sunscreen a pipe dream?

Finally got uric acid test and it’s low

I made a post before about doc not doing uric acid test, I saw my regular doctor and he test my uric acid and it was in the 200s. i have read that it’s common for people who have gout to have low uric acid levels in blood depending on when it’s tested. I had strep throat this week so I was extra tired but I’ve noticed I definitely have a huge lump (doesnt hurt) on my one knee, I have them all over the bottom of both feet and I have a few tiny ones on my fingers I’ve noticed. I was finally able to get a follow up with my urologist (yay!) and it’s scheduled for a week from now.

  1. Even though uric acid was low, how do I go forward asking for further testing without looking like a whacknut, and what is the further testing?

  2. What is the most reasonable thing to say to urologist about symptoms? I would say main symptoms are intermittent pain, swelling bruising and lumps on joints that don’t get better with pain medication, feeling more tired since dietician ordered I eat more protein, brain fog and slowed breathing. I feel crazy just thinking about telling her I have all these lumps everywhere when theyre a feel thing rather than a look thing. During a “flare” they’re hot and swollen but the rest of the time they just feel like bony lumps.

Thank you for any responses, I am constantly getting treated like I’m crazy by my doctors and it’s actually driving me nuts.

Sorry no photo not comfortable so I’ll ask - I bought 2 Ashley graham bras in 34G after measuring with the tool like 3 times, got over the size shock (LOL) and they arrived and between the two colours the nude one fits slightly bigger in the band, the black fits tighter and I don’t know if I can wear it. Is this normal with some brands? And is there anything I can do to kind of pre stretch it out?

Also the underwires are like… industrial strength booba support, so supportive I don’t know if its normal for these bigger cup bras to have such a thick wire. The bras themselves are so different than what I’ve been wearing for years it’s a shock, my boobs look perfect in them and they are not being pulled up by the straps, the straps are also not falling down constantly and the elastic is very strong.

I want to kind of make them work because I have no bras that fit me at all and I’m kind of desperate for something that fits even if I don’t love it but I don’t think I can tolerate the slightly too small band on the black one. I think it’s also shock because I have NEVER worn a bra that actually held my boobs up properly.
