Profitec Go (2.0) - What size milk pitcher is recommended (300ml or 500ml)

I have my GO 2.0 coming in this week and want to get a milk pitcher. I usually make one cappuccino, sometimes two at a time, hence my question about which size to get.

Is the steam wand powerful enough to steam milk for two cappuccinos at once? I’d get the 500 ml pitcher since I doubt the 300 ml would be enough for two cappuccinos. Or would I be better off getting the smaller 300 ml pitcher and steaming twice?

I’d especially appreciate feedback from anyone who has the GO or GO 2, as I’d love to hear how you handle steaming milk for one vs. two cappuccinos.

I am not asking for buying advice for specific brands/models. THX :)

Can I use a Shimano Ultegra FC-R8100 (12-speed) crank on my 11-speed FC-R8000 groupset? (Need 165mm length)

Hey everyone,

I'm running a full 11-speed Ultegra (R8000) groupset on my road bike but I'm struggling to find the FC-R8000 in 165mm crank arm length. The newer FC-R8100 (12-speed) seems to be much easier to get in 165mm, so I'm wondering if I can just run that instead without replacing my whole drivetrain.

My questions:

  1. Will the FC-R8100 chainrings shift cleanly with an 11-speed chain and front derailleur?
  2. Do I need to re-index or adjust the front derailleur to account for the chainline difference?
  3. Any other gotchas before I go ahead?

Running Ultegra R8000 FD, RD, shifters, and an 11-speed cassette. Thanks!
