I recently switched from conventional drilling to fingertip drilling. I love it. The only problem I'm having is I've been getting a little bit of tingling and numbness in my fingertips. Not sure if it's because the inserts are pretty snug, which I think they're supposed to be, or if I need the pitch changed for the finger holes so that it's not putting pressure on the spots near my knuckles where it's causing the tingling sensation. Not sure if I need to get everything redrilled with a different pitch or if different inserts might help...
