hello everyone, i have pre lci e60 sedan with no m-tec, i was wondering on how i can remove the bumper for painting.

i know its 5 torx screws at the top right behind the grilles under that little rubber piece, then 2 big bolts on each sides inside the fender and 4 screws right above the bottom grill

i have pdc, do i need to unplug every single sensor or is there a big plug that i can unplug?

and are there any screws on the undertray?

where is the temperature sensor plugged in? undertray or bumper?

i have had an issue with my OEM Fuel pump, the pump itself was fine and the car was running fine but the signal it gave was wrong so i ended up stranded on the side of the road since the pump gave the signal it was still halfway full but it was empty.

i then bought a bosch pump which was working fine but after 2 weeks it was also showing wrong fuel levels. i then sent it back. then i got a used OEM BMW pump which was showing correct fuel levels till it died, the car just didnt start anymore. so i had to throw that one away and get another one, this time i got a brand new hella pump.

it showed 33l (max) all the time till i just hit about 8l then it showed 8l in the tachometer, then i filled up 10l so it should be 18l but it just shows 33l (max reading) again in the tachometer at test 19.6.

i checked cables but couldn't find anything broken, all seems fine. yet its the third pump that gives wrong readings. when i go hard in corners the fuel level goes from 330 (which is max) to like 280 or 243 and then spikes back up instantly to 330 like something is just overwriting it.

i genuinly dont know what to do anymore.
