So I ordered something Evri supposed to be delivering it on 1/5/26 , however I got an email about my order not been delivered, and they re delivered it next 24h.
Well that’s not happened. I raised a case and assistant updated me every day about my parcel , till yesterday 5/5/26 she saint the email that they LOST my parcel, and they offered me nothing for it !
I message them today I said they lost my parcel and i would like some compensation as now I lost the parcel, money, and I have to re buy the same thing again, they replied back to me a bunch of FAQ’s …
Can I do anything in this situation?
