Okonomiyaki made with pan fried oyster mushrooms, onion, garlic, wakame and a paprika and cumin batter, drizzled with soy sauce, tahini and emulsified aam ka achar (Indian mango pickle).
It tasted amazing, but I would've added some cabbage for crunchyness and cilantro because it goes really well with the other flavors.
Fridge has stopped working properly, but thankfully the freezer still works. We moved all we could into it and today I woke up to a delicacy.
