BJJ on your period

Hi ladies. I've just started BJJ, and I'm wondering what to do while I'm on my period. I don't really want to get physical with anyone, but my periods usually last 7-9 days, and I don't want to get "out of touch" or lazy. Any advice on what I should do?

Workouts to do alongside wrestling?

I haven't done wrestling for 9 years, and I'm finally getting back into it. However, I want to be able to work out beyond wrestling, and I'm wondering what other people who wrestle do exercise-wise? Free weights, cardio, etc. What muscle groups should I focus on?

Boyfriend doesn't like my bjs anymore what do I do

I've been dating my boyfriend for more than half a year now, and when we first started dating he enjoyed my blowjobs more than sex. Now, recently, sometimes I'm unable to even keep him hard with it.

He says that he doesn't really even think about having sex with me anymore he enjoys other parts of our relationship more so it's something I don't even have to worry about. Also, hes been working out a lot lately and usually has done 2 hours of boxing before we even do anything. But idk it's just weird to me that someone who was so into sex when we first started dating (he's has had multiple sexual encounters before we were together too) now suddenly doesn't really want it anymore.

Am I wrong? Or maybe am I just bad at BJs now does anyone have any tips.

I'm in my 20s and have no experience whatsoever with martial arts. My boyfriend is really involved in martial arts, and it has kind of inspired me to try it out. However, I feel a bit old to be a beginner (since everyone I know who does BJJ started when they were like 7), and I feel like that's going to affect my confidence.
Any tips or anything on how to get started? I was thinking about just doing no-gi.

How can I show support to my Muay Thai boyfriend.

I just started dating someone who trains Muay Thai 4-5 times a week. He has a fight coming up in three weeks where he has to drop 11 lbs, and I understand he's going to be really locking in. How can I show support? I read somewhere that making meals and doing massages can help. Any recs?
