Possible etopic?

HELP!!!
Feel like I’m in beta hell with all the uncertainty and no answers
So little backstory: 7/18- trigger shot
7/20: IUI
8/3 positive test
8/4 @7am hcg: 58
8/6 @7am hcg: 165
8/10 @ 7am hcg: 165.9
8/12 @10am hcg: 212.5 ( dr mention I will possibly miscarry)
8/13 -ultrasound( didn’t see anything just a small dot in my uterus)
8/17 @ 7am 463.3
8/18 @3pm 635.5 ( did 2nd ultrasound didn’t see anything 5w6d)
8/19 @10:30am 733.7

I’ve never been pregnant before so this all new to me and I’ve been looking at others stories with low hcg levels. Dr said I can keep monitoring my levels but has also mentioned to me already about methotrexate injection.

Any thoughts ?? Good or not so good outcomes? I’m just looking for any feedback . I just turned 6 weeks today 8/19

got my digital positive on 8/1 !!
I did trigger on 7/18
IUI-7/20
I tested the trigger shot and it was out of my system by 7PDIUI/9DPT
It started reappearing again in my easy@home test on 7/31

I don’t believe it to be trigger shot !! I’m supposed to test on 8/3 per my clinic…

Line progression? 12DPIUI/14DPT

Hey 👋🏼 I had did my trigger on 7/18 IUI- 7/20 I tested out my trigger shot and it looks like it was already out by 7DPIUI/9DPT But started to get a line again as of 7/31 (11dpiui/13DPT) and today looks much darker ! Thoughts??!

4 follicles

So I had my scan today 4 follicles

Left: 13,16,18mm

Right: 15mm

Lining: 7.3

Doctor wants to cancel my iui due the 3 follicles. Anyone success rates ?

We have male factor infertility. I don’t have any issues.

CD7 help!

Took my 1st test for this cycle. I’m on letrozole cd3-7.
Why is my LH elevated ? I’ve never seen it this high at this time of the cycle. I do have a 28 day cycle and go on Friday for a follicle scan for iui .

Multiple follicles!! Help

Just left our follicle scan after 5 days of Letrozole 5mg. There were 4 follicles on my right ovary (12,10,14,19 mm), & left ovary (12,16,16mm) Dr is concerned about multiples and recommend not proceeding with the IUI and abstain from intercourse due to having 7 follicles.
We are waiting for a response back as we still want to proceed with trigger and IUI.

How many follicles did you have and was it a singleton or multiple?
Note: this would be my 1st Iui
