Should I practise on diffrent FOVs?

As an R6 player shooting is always done through your ads fov, using a 2.5x optic or a 1x holo 99% of the time

I was wondering If I should practise using the fov of an 2.5x optic (which is 37 fov, hipfire fov is 90 to compare)

Currently I am using a sensitivty modifier on the scope (my hipfire sens is 46/360 and using the 2.5 scope it turns it into a 56/360)

I dont like a 1:1 feel with the 2.5x because it is very jarring and feels kinda too fast when ur mouse is moving at a 1:1 speed at 37 fov

Now the question is should I practise scenarios on 37 fov or stay on my current 103 standard fov?

CURVESWITCH IS SO HARD HELP ME

I have been stuck on curveswitch intermediate aimlabs benchmark for so long now, LOL. That task is so hard. Are there any scenarios that would be able to help me.

I play 40/360

So far I have read Brothers Karamazov loved it and have read light novels like Mushoku Tensei. Please I need some kinda book thats relates to spirtuality or buddhism kinda, and something that I can take a clear lesson out of and to learn something beautifull. Fiction please

Is it just me or why is training aim actually enjoyable

Who else actually enjoys aim training or is it just a boring task that your force yourself to do?

My friends think I'm kinda wierd for training my aim, and they get bored of it quickly, but I genuinely find it fun, honestly more fun than playing my main games. Anyone else feel this way?
