Hi how much BAC water should be added to a 60 mg bottle of tirzepatide?

I'm interested in starting reta and I'm currently on 12.5 mg tirzepatide compound just about to switch to a gray because of costs and I have pcos insulin resistance and I'm pretty sure I have fatty liver. I have not lost any weight it seems, I want to stack and interested in reta how much should I start with? I have inflammation ​ and nothing is working. I'm going to order Reta just need to figure out how much mg shoujd I purchase and take. I'm not scared to start out higher as I rarely get any side effects to meds at all. I'm ready to dive in. Thx

Hi, can I get an update on what pharmacy is licensed in Virginia for tirzepatide? I picked an option but couldn't get the order at the time and now it says the pharmacy is not available for Virginia. A change from last week.
