My close friend is in an unfortunate situation, where he spends his time either working in healthcare, at university, or in a research lab. All three are no gun zones. Getting caught would mean explustion/termination at all of these places.

I'm just seeking advice for my friend. Obviously ccw means CONCEALED but even one slip up, lift of the shirt, etc could mean losing everything. What do your "friends" do? Do they carry regardless, or is there a line to be drawn somewhere?

I bought and built a pf45 in 10mm a few months ago and since have put 1k rounds through it. I want to start carrying it as my bear gun when I'm hiking. However, I worry that if I had to use it on a non animal target, the jury would obviously look unfavorably on the fact that it's a "scary ghost gun." Despite it being legal in my state to build and carry.

So, do I get it serialized? Or do I say fuck it and let it ride? Orrrr do I buy a g20 frame for carrying...

I’m looking for a used 38spl revolver. I know leo 10-6 trade ins used to be had for about $300, but I can’t find any recently. Are these still possible to find, or am I SOL?

I’m open to other revolver recommendations as long as they are full size 38, my dad has a weird affinity towards the caliber. This revolver doesn't have to be pretty, it'll likely sit in a drawer for most of its life. But I don't want to gift him garbage either.
