Does a Goldman Sachs call really carry that much weight? MRAAY is up 7% in pre-market trading.

I have a revenue-related question
First of all, there’s an issue with the revenue model. BlackBerry uses a one-time buyout model, and the profit margin is low—just tens of dollars per car. Even though there are currently over 200 million vehicles running BlackBerry's QNX system, the revenue is still not ideal.
While management is making changes, such as giving free QNX access on college campuses to shift students' habits and partnering with NVIDIA to switch to an annual fee model, it will still take time to pay off.
So, what’s your take on this?"
