Concerta XL maybe not working?

I'm on week 4/8 of tiltration and struggling to really see any effects yet. I have no side effects other than an occasional heart flutter and a bit less apathy for life. But no dry mouth, no headaches, no appetite suppression. Insomnia yes, but that's always been a struggle and expected as now I'm not using my CBPM (cannabis) for sleep support.

Today I took 54mg about 2 hours ago and I'm sitting on the sofa with zero motivation or energy to do anything. I honestly feel like if someone had slipped me this medication without my knowledge I wouldn't notice I had a stimulant in my bloodstream.

I've completed a P-UK tiltration form today explaining how I'm feeling so waiting to hear the pharmacist response/advice.

Just wondering, has anyone else felt like this at the start then found after a few months it all clicks into place? As I'm feeling lik I'm just not absorbing this medication properly. Feeling pretty deflated and concerned there's not enough time to switch and try a different medication properly before being discharged back to my GP.

Edit to add: I can't say I noticed a onset or wear off time, when they ask me on the monitoring form what time it wears off I wish there was a "can't tell" option.

Warranty success

So pleased!

My Razr 60 screen went squiffy and I had half expected a warranty rejection, due to the mark on the screen protector by the hinge, but just got an email confirming all repaired and on its way back to me 🥳

I received my 1st lot of meds last week (Tues) and took the 1st dose that day, I've been expecting a check up form to fill in from P-UK but noting in my notes yet.

Was I supposed to tell them I'd received the meds and started them?

I've triple checked my previous notes and no where says I must tell them when I start them, it just said start them asap once received. So I assumed they'd get an update from DPD about delivery and assume I'd started them and send the form, but now I'm worried I should have told them when I started.

Feeling deflated... This week I started on Concerta XL and I'm starting to think I should not tell people I'm taking it. I've now had 3 people make comments that I'm going to be a robot/boring/zombie now I'm medicated. I've been really looking forward to getting meds and having better executive function and emotional regulation, but now people are getting in my head that I'll not be the same personality or actually being happy with life, just surviving and coping with it better.

Had a text 2 days ago from FedEx about a parcel being due for delivery the next day.

I wasn't expecting any parcels so assumed it was a phishing text and ignored it.

Then yesterday I got a very small package delivered with nothing inside but a professionally printed thank you card, no company name or branding.

However, to add to the weirdness the tiny parcel and tracking number both note the parcel as 40×40×40cms and 8kg.

The parcel doesn't have a company name on the sender information but there is an address in Kent, however Google is finding nothing at that address to link this parcel to.

I'm not concerned about being scammed or money taken, it's just really weird and bothering me. Any ideas?
