Issues with App Yesterday
I had an order in my phone that disappeared. I drove all over the city looking for orders afterwards then called DoorDash and they said it was still on my phone but it said it was looking for orders. Now I have two additional contract violations for order never received from customers. Is it just me or is the app wigging out. I keep calling and they say just escalating to another team member. I’ll clear through these quickly I’m 40 trips away from 10K but still I’m worried. I wake up each morning and there is a new violation from 72 hours ago. I hope I don’t loose my account I just moved. -Santa Barbara,CA housing is very expensive here, just trying to maintain for a few months, feeling like I can’t catch a break
