The 7 CBs fight for the Top 4 spots, and if possible the discarded 3 are out my January.

Can someone explain this AcqDemo pay scale thing?

So I’m a Structural Engineer that’s a GS 12 Step 2. It is my understanding that NH-03 is the payband that groups all of GS 12 and 13. Now is it true that our raises are achievable annually, but at the expense of self reporting mid year and annual reviews and hoping your role? I also don’t have my PE yet, but since there is no hard split in the payband, is it achievable to obtain GS 13 Step 10 pay without a PE? Or is there some kind of soft cap for non PE’s? I would assume something needs to be implemented cuz workers can’t max out at the same pay as their supervisors.

I feel like this isn’t even to much to ask for if the club had serious ambitions, and you could easily generate the money to make this happen by selling who isn’t shown

To fill out the 25 man roster you add the 2 more homegrown players needed, and you can keep bums like Politano, Spinazzola, Mazzocchi, Rafa Marin, and Marianucci, especially the CBs to fill in for potential injuries given Scalvini, Solet, and Buongiornos history.

Character Poll: Who would’ve been the best inheritor of One for All if Deku wasn’t in the picture?

Ngl this was a tough one, all of them can make a strong case as to why One for All would strongly benefit them, but in the end I chose to go for Lemillion. That One for All smash, coupled with permeability is like a match made in heaven. Imagine All Might not being able to the be touched.

Movie Poll: Which fight against the main movie villains was your favorite?

Imma kick this off with choosing Nine. Him being a pre-Tomura AFO experiment was pretty cool, and the plan that all of 1-A devised to defeat him, Chimera, and Slice was insane. This might be a hot take, but outside of the final battle with Tomura, the final battle with Nine was the best in all of MHA.

Need advice on which air purifier to get

Hey y’all, my wife and I own a 1200 sq ft home and are looking for an air purifier for downstairs which is about 600 sq ft of the 1200 sq ft. We have a 2 dogs and a cat that definitely shed quite a bit, so we’re looking for something that can suck up those loose hairs and dust particles that get clumped up with them. Can y’all comment recommendations with links to buy them? Also where would optimal placement be for one of these? (Attached is a floor plan)

Affordable HVAC Maintenance

Anybody know an HVAC guy or company that doesn’t charge out the wazoo? My AC unit isn’t working and I need it checked. I’ve done all I could do to check on my end.
