More recently, YYAI bounced from the $0.05–$0.08 zone to around $1.22 on 2026/08/17, a massive percentage move that momentum traders live for. Intraday, the 5-minute chart shows tight consolidation between $1.20 and $1.35 with liquidity building and lower wicks getting bought. That’s the kind of action short-term traders watch for a potential breakout or fail.

We only know that this is due to 1:20 RS.

BEWARE

They mentioned 50 to 75 M within 1 year of US launch. Will there be more dilution in the meantime? What about compliance? If they announce RS instead of extension (if possible)? then , that would plunge another 40% or so. I want to buy the dip and average to some extent

Current market cap is about 5 M. We were hoping for $10 pre-pre-RS, which in current price is $992. If that happens, the market cap would be $5 B . We will be on par with mid-quantum or mid -Pharma . Unfortunately, what we got is a scam company

it was almost 200% increase in net revenue for q2. Any idea would this trajectory continue for q3 and the net revenue would be ~30 M . if so, then the company will be profitable in q4. any thoughts? But also need to be cautious on sales, admin and general expenses which was 36 M for one quarter. If they don’t cut down, then forget about profit for a long period

If it dips further to 9 , it would be terrible.

419 million volume in 3 hours on a 1 Million float is highly suspicious and need to be reported. Save future generation. Actions like this will also protect economy of our country.

Use the SEC link t file. Mention what the company had promised a year ago and what they are doing now. How their communication and PR? and their respect for shareholders. We all can make it happen. Next generation can be saved. It will be a lesson. If 100 people file on the same day about a company, they need to take it seriously. Please join me.

Don’t have any hope on this one . if a company really worth, they don’t just file 10k saying acquisition completed;; they also would have halted the trade and recalibrated the stock price based on the cash and other assets. Move on

They settled at 38% down unlike 70% for the past 3 days. I hope to see a day with single digit % down. May my dream come true one day

Guys, don’t believe any theory. For the past three days. each day the stock price plunged 67 to 70% . Means they diluted 2.5x . Monday 1M became 2.5 M and so on . We will know soon. Nothe sure about tomorrow

Can't believe they trapped us like this

A 12 M cap company was planning to acquire a company for 50M. And the SP goes down to $3 with a cap of 3M. Can't believe this and no other stock can beat this one on bringing shock to the shareholders.

I did that recently and obviously no response. They are probably taking our money for granted. Not serious about investors' concerns. Easily they can dilute the stock further to raise more money instead of focussing on the improvement of Tonmya sales and proper communication. At least they could give an update on the increasing sales trend which would increase buying pressure beyond short-sellers' ability to short this stock. Until they do that, all our long term investor's money is out for grab for scammers and shorties.

I hold 100 k worth shares @ 12 . it’s been months I bought thinking it would reach 60. I missed to sell when it was 15.7 one day in May. Now, almost prepared for selling the entire bag when it’s above 12 . Recent cowen report is kind of confusing me to hold s bit longer. what is the realistic Q2 earnings . would there be a huge impact on sp? other than Tonmya sales, any other upcoming catalyst? Suggestions welcome

If not good, probably I will sell everything. My only hope is Q2 Tonmya sales atleast double. Other than that, this is a hopeless stock. I have never seen any stock plunge 80% post FDA approval. If anyone bought on Aug 12, 2025 @ $60 ; and hold the bag thinking it will raise after approval, they are in pretty bad situation now. Especially institutions who buy in millions

I need 500% upside to break even. I believe it is same for everyone every here. I see an unusually high volume for this time of the day. Let's hope it is true
