I’m loving my road 6 tires so far very grippy and the long rides on the interstate 1+ hours are more comfortable and planted I also colored the lettering and logos white like my oem Dunlop gpr 300s with white rubber marker and couldn’t help notice a 7 would go nicely on the end 🤣 so I had ChatGPT add it
I wanted these levers for a long time finally bought, they were easy to install, and loads more comfortable than stock if you have small hands like me, and it matches my TST halo glow turn signals!
Got Michelin Road 6s front and back put on today replacing the oem Dunlop Sportmax GPR-300s a big reason I got those cuz my front fender has the Michelin man painted on there lol it would look goofy if I went with the Dunlop mutant my mechanic’s other suggestion, as first impressions it’s really grippy and I think it’s loads better ride than stock, it feels more planted and stable at highway speeds and smoother ride over bumps

I hated the oem beak fender adv look with the stock light at the time I thought it was ugly, now I have the chimera plate and Baja light I couldn’t think about how interesting it would be to get the beak so I ordered one yolo

I found a bicycle trailer at a yard sale intrusive thought this would be funny on the back of the Grom. I got it for $30. Attached it to my Grom swing arm on the TST chain adjusters the left spool hole m8x1.25 bolts up there nicely put some reflectors on the sides and the back and took it on a 1 hour ride there and back to a mini moto meetup/ride and it stayed on. Edit* 51mph average speed down and 61mph average speed back due to wind. Works surprisingly well. Rode all over Sioux Falls with the guys* Ran into 3 cops 2 pulled up behind me as I was making a right turn and one doing a speed check on the way there on the back roads and non of them pulled me over.
My white R3 that carried that big chair home a few post down, well the new fairings I ordered from amotopart back in the end of March finally came, they even paint matched the Petronas blue my wheels. *edit, the fairings came with a double bubble windshield, but I'm keeping my current zero gravity sport touring windshield as it does a very good job at wind deflection.
Unexpected but I won a big daddy plush folding chair today at work now I have the fun of getting it home on my r3 🙃
The Yoshizoora sounds louder in person video doesn’t do justice
After a couple seasons with the zoom loop I was tinkering around on the yoshimura website and found a full yoshimura race exhaust for a Yamaha 150 cc bike for like $100 bought it and a 1.5 in - 2 in yoshi connecting pipe for $20 and fit on the zoom loop really nicely and sounds a little louder and it’s really nice
