[misc] heavy feeling after applying anything onto skin

whenever i apply anything onto my skin wether it be the lightest toner or the thickest cream my skin always starts to feel heavy around my T zone it feel like slight pressure and whenever it it gets hot it gets 10x worse it feels like literal oil is seeping through my pores and it’s so uncomfortable it makes it really hard to even wear sunscreen

is this a good routine for rosacea?

i’ve been wanting to start a nice simple skincare routine that will help my rosacea or at least one that won’t make it worse i was thinking this one for pm and in the morning i just wash with water and apply sunscreen

what do you guys do in the morning after using heavy cream/occlusives the night before?

i like to sleep on my back whenever i put on a heavy cream or occlusive but whenever i wake up the occlusive is still there on top of my skin and i can’t seem to be able to get rid of it without using a cleanser but i feel like using a cleanser would just strip away all the benefits of the occlusives
