What is wrong with Philips IntelliVue too high NIBP readings?

Over the years, I have taken my BP on several Intellivue monitors, either with M3001 or X2 module.

Almost all readings were terrible, way too high.

Example:

Leaning back in an office chair.

Intellivue MP30 with X2, NIBP "Invasive Reference Mode": 140/68
Stethoscope (manual): 120/82
Omron HBP-1320 (costs 300 €, best Omron): 113/62
CONTEC: 116/69
GE Dash 5000: 118/70
Nihon Kohden 6301: 115/62
Nihon Kohden 2301k: 114/60
Nihon Kohden Vismo: 113/67

This is just one example. Everytime I get an Intellivue reading, no matter on which module or which monitor, it is sky high.

Other example: doing some exercise in the office.
Afterwards, Intellivue MP30: 169/112
Stethoscope 143/86

Can someone explain why that is?

Welch Allyn ProBP 2000 very low readings

Hello,

I have bought a Welch Allyn ProBP 2000. The second one already Because I thought the first was broken.

On the new one I still get quite low readings.

After walking up stairs I get readings like 114/80. Normal 140-170/90.

That is not realistic at all for me.

I have tried each snd every possible cuff position, no change.

Can someone tell me how to get realistic readings out of this thing? The readings are way too low.

ICU monitor vs. cheap and expensive Omron

So yes, you can absolutely use the cheapest Omron because they are all validated.

Omron X2 essential for 22 Euros

Omron HEM-1320 for 350 Euros

Nihon Kohden 6301 for thousands of Euros

Benzaiten's grace "Versatility" bonus: multiple use of skills

I have the versatility bonus (6 pieces).

I have a problem to get the correct timing for some skills (TAB+LMouse/Rmouse).

The timing is so tight that I will never get the full stacks.

And I don't know if I even have 9 skills in medium stance, some skills are "empty".

Q: So how do I just it without the risk of messing up the reaction window and not having 9 skills?

Q: Can I use Skill1, Skill2, Skill1, Skill2, ... ?

How forge divine on PC Keyboard/Mouse?

I am on Dream Of The Demon. PC, Keyboard/Mouse.

I can't forge divine stuff. Only the "normal" materials and weapons are shown, but nothing green or divine.

How can i forge divine?

EDIT: Solution: while hovering over the forge button, I have to press MIDDLE MOUSE BUTTON and then I can add a certain number of Divine Fragments.

Screenshot:

Nothing divine in the menus

Is it common to rush DOT* with visitors?

Currently in Demon. Doing all missions with visitors, otherwise too long.

Do many Players do that, is it a common practice to reach the endgame gear quickly?

Rice noodles eat first vs. last - Bun Bo Nam Bo

I tried Bun Bo Nam Bo with rice noodles at the beginning and the other day at the end (after vegetables+meat).

For anyone who is interested.

It is really interesting that the spike is lower (120 vs 145).

Skunkcrafts updater not working, does not find any aircraft

Anyone got an idea?

The config file is there in each aircraft folder (I have many aircraft). But it doesn't find anything.

XP12 base path is ~/.steam/debian-installation/steamapps/common/X-Plane 12 on Linux Mint and Steam.

File is version 3.2d: 22466288 Feb 6 2025 SkunkcraftsUpdater_lin*

X-Plane 12.4.3-b1

EDIT: Problem solved - there was an .acf file inside the main Aircraft folder that I copied there some months ago. I removed it and now Skunkcraft is working!

My current mastery rank is 446. For some time I have thought about maxing my masteries.

I started some "tests" where I replayed story segments to get mastery points, did some collections. It felt ok, not bad, but also not the most fun in the world either.

So how long roughly would it take me from 446 to 671? I have about 3 GW2 hours per day.
