Anu po Pang dag dag po sa tears ku kasi i stopped loosing na since week 9. Week 13 na po aku now same n lng weight ku na stuck na sa 94. I updosed to 7.5mg nung week 9 pero nothing changed na 🙁 i eat healthy and big amount of veggie rice and meat but just 3x a day no extra eating unlike before teeerrzz. I walk 3000 to 6000 a day unlike before, like 1000 only. Currently look ing for something to dagdag with my teeerrrzz for this. 3rd day on 5Am btw. Please help this old hag😭🙏

I was on 5mg on my 10th week but i noticed my weight did not move since 9th week. Still stayed in 5mg until the 10th month but still no changes and my appetite came back and food noise (altho not as before but i find myself snacking at 11pm) so i feel like i have been eating more on my 9th and 10th week. I up-dosed on my 11th week to 7.5mg. I hope it works. I am planning to add eloratadine but my source doesn’t have it yet. I heard about AOD that its good for tummy fat and good stack? Or maybe 5-amino? Help please those are 103kg’s 🙇‍♀️😔

I can definitely feel the changes naman, especially with how my clothes fit, and I’ve already lost 9 kg. 🥹❤️ I’ll be on my 10th week this Thursday (10th jab), and while I’m really happy with the progress, I honestly feel like my stomach isn’t changing much. 😅

It still looks like I’m 6 months pregnant! 😂 My clothes are getting looser, but the belly seems to be holding on for dear life. 🤣

All blood test,whole abdomen utz and serum lipase came back normal except the mild fatty liver. 41 yrs old, used to have maintenance meds, 5’1, starting weight: 103kg, current weight:94kg

I started tirzepatide on july 4. I will have my 9th jab tomorrow. I lost about 9kg only since i started. The amounts of food is about the same pike before but this time i dont do snacking in between and i eat healthier now, no cravings and mostly eat 2x a day only.less rice.
Am i showing progress? I feel like my progress is so slow :-( i try to hit atleast 5k to 7k steps a day and i do exercise atleast 3-5 times a week.
I plan to switch to reta. Thoughts please. I just need a lift right now😭

July 16, late night, 12midnight, i ate chicken balls, day old chick with vinegar, cookies, brewed coffee with milk, so far my heaviest meal and unhealthy meal since i started with tirzepatide. That night after the big snack after meal warlier, felt uncomfortable with my tummy, slept but still had it when i woke up. My toilet visits are okay but the discomfort was still there, the feeling na cramping na ung walls ng stomach ang kinda painful. Then in the afternoon, the discomfort moved on the left side radiating to the left back side my my stomach. Had yogurt and probiotics and gave a little comfort to be able to sleep. It was not ao painful but the discomfort was there. It comes and goes and somehow gives relief when rubbed gently. Had my 3rd jab of tirzepatide at 2.5mg last friday, july 17. Been turning to chatgpt and google and they both are giving me a scare. Saturday, i had serum tipase blood test but will not have the result until tuesday or Wednesday accordingly. Was not able to find a doctor to do abdominal ultrasound kasi dw sabado si would have to wait til Monday. Internet is scaring me with pancreatitis. Anyone experienced the same? Help please. We are in the province so going to an ER would still be the same wait anyhow and honestly i dont like to go. Just some insight ls please.
