I do not actually hate gay men, it just some of them really piss me off.

Every "LGBT" event I go to is all gay man, even the lesbian bars are gay men. I went to a LGBT networking event, 1. 95% gay men. 2. The bigger issue. Instant Gay cruising. We can't even be professional enough to talk to each other. Get enough gay dudes together and they are going to start fucking each other. Everyone I tried to speak to was disappointed or ignored me to go talk to another gay dude (except the women ofc). And no, they did not know each other. They were introducing themselves.

Also, never have I ever went INSTANT horny in professional or even not professional setting being around more than 3 lesbians at the same time. But I swear the moment I take any of my male gay friends somewhere and there is 3 or more gay men they are all ready to fuck. Like relax buddy. You guys have grindr, every event possible, resorts and clubs, you don't have to start cruising here.

Also, why is there no lesbians resorts. All LGBT resorts are just gay dudes. I feel like every space gets colonized my the male gays.

I am a very young professional (under 30), a solid 6/10 in looks with a well paying job. Lesbians do not really exist in my industry, and if they do they are the traditional thin small yt woman who are moderate or very Republican. All I want is a taller than 5ft POC who is dedicated to their career.

Obese, no problem. Missing a leg, no problem. Bad hygiene is too far. Bad relationship with your family, no problem. Not very picky in all other categories.

But I cannot for the life of me find one. I exist in the northeast in a major city (not nyc). How can I find someone who meets my standards? Most people I see on the apps do not have jobs, or are not really dedicated to their careers.

P.S I do not have unrealistic standards. I am not aiming for 'traditional' 8/10. Aka The skinny yt lady that many lesbians adore. I prefer curvy poc women (I do not understand why this group is considered undersirable I think they are gorgeous). But I can't even get that, not because I'm an asshole, but they just don't exist on the apps. I do not even have the option to swipe right.

I am an advisor and I want to really good grasp on estate planning (I will never be a good as a lawyer, I am aware). Just want to know all the different structures available and read MAYBE the books the lawyers are looking at (depending on how thick it is I might pass). I think I know them all, but you never know. I just want some books you guys would recommend.
