Does anyone have any good resources for professional lab analysis of dmt?

Curious what’s the maximum amount of dmt you would put into a mini a/b extraction. I fear if I do too much at once, it could super saturate the solvent before I can get it into my precipitation dish.

Same question for a re-x. How much should I do per batch?

I have some spice that I know is contaminated with naoh. Would it be sufficient to re-x using heptane or should I do a mini a/b to clean it up?
