Why is everyone here saying "short squeeze imminent"? I see that earnings are still negative, lots of stocks have been issued during the last years, liabilities are almost 3x of the total assets = negative equity.

Sure, they have a cancer medication that got approved, but it needs time to get used widely and more FDA approvals.

I'm in Help Desk L1, 36 years old and working in IT for 1 year and make $21 per hour. Now, I got an offer for a non tech job at a big tech company at $34 per hour. Should I accept it or is it likely that I can make at least $25/hour in IT?

I'm located in orlando, Florida. I would love to become a NOC engineer. My degree is not IT related. I genuinely like working in IT. Should I stick around and try to get to NOC and hopefully break the $30/hr mark within 2 years, or should I just accept the $34/hour offer. It is very tempting, but I think it would shut the IT door for me.

[FL] Is it worth filing bankruptcy? I make $21 per hour, work full time and I'm $20k in debt.

I am just super stressed out about bankruptcy. Should I try to work my butt out of the hole, or do some debtors agree to a 50% quote instead of me filing for Bankruptcy? I am considering chapter 7. Only have a car that's worth $2k and a condo that I Homestead.

I recently got a skin check (for melanoma). I booked the appointment at a dermatologist office but went with the RN because the wait was much shorter. The RN did not use a dermatoscope, so I am worried about the accuracy of the skin check even though she said that everything is fine. Should I just b

Why is the stock market climbing ever since Walsh increased rates?

My guess is because:

25bps don't change a lot soon

It signals that the FED is serious about inflation

It shows that the FED is still independent

Walsh said that the economy is strong (he knows better than 99% of retail investors)

Anything else, or was it just a 3 day pop?

[FL] is it a good time to buy this winter or should prices come down much further next year?

I'm looking into homes (mainly condos and townhomes) in the greater Orlando area. I can find short sales/deals at $150 per SF. I should qualify for a decent mortgage this November OR November next year (next year definitely more). I would also get a grant of around $15k.

Interest rates are kind of high, but they might keep on rising. Ideally, I would like the prices to go back to $100 per SF as that's where they were in the mid and late 2010s, that would make the 7% interest rate more affordable.

Would it be worth buying this winter or is it safer to wait until next winter?

First time home buyer here. Is it a good or bad time to buy a home right now in central florida?

Is it the right decision to sell/partially sell right now?

I reduced my TQQQ holding by 50% today, still took profit but not much. I'm considering selling the other half as well.

What I'm worried about are that Iran wants Max Pain before the mid-terms, they even stated that they will not negotiate with the trump administration anymore. Then, oil prices are up again and we will see bigger surges if the strait remains closed until 2029! Inflation also creeps back and the FED will increase interest rates next week by 25 bps. Overall this is a thought situation for the economy and a 3x leveraged etf might not be great for right now. I still kept all my holdings in QLD and I would DCAing into TQQQ again next year.

What are your thoughts? Am I overreacting?

Do you think that SOXL is bottoming out?

I bought SOXL and bought more last week to average down. Is it a decent time to buy or will it go much lower?
