Hi! I'm scared. I ate a 4oz cup of Coconut Cult (Banana Flavor) thinking it was single-serving or, per the package, just two servings. No where did it say I should start with a spoonful. I'm freaking out that this was WAY too much and that I'm going to get super sick. Any thoughts?

Is this okay? Am I just going to feel bloated? I'm so upset the package didn't indicate that I should have such a small amount when it's packaged to look like a little yogurt cup. I've never had Coconut Cult before this.

Edit: Thank you to those being kind and letting me know about the side effects of eating this many probiotics at once. I feel like some people read this post and only saw "woman anxious about yogurt." Yes, I am anxious about a yogurt (LOL) but, I didn't add the context of my health issues, histamine issues, gut issues... my body has betrayed me before. Naturally I am vigilant about what I put in it. I understand not every person gets this experience. But I feel like, from my perspective, asking (albeit anxiously) about what side effects I can expect is not unreasonable as I live in a body that may need to really manage them. Than k you again to those of you who have been kind.

It's my right pointer finger! I've been switching to my other hand every now and then when the feeling comes on. I do feel like its connected to the ring somehow because usually it improves when I take the ring off. The weird thing is, my ring really isn't too tight ever. If anything, sometimes its too loose.

I have some kind of circulation/dysautonomia stuff so my hands can go from really cold to really hot to somewhere in between. So I do have fluid and temp shifts that change how tight the ring is on me frequently. But it really is never too tight IMO.
