My Lil buddy is slowly getting worse and I don't know what to do.

Hello, I just want to ask for advice now as this scares me and I am unsure what to do. My 3 yr old kitty got out of the house on Saturday for about 4 hours, he managed to slip out when we weren't noticing. He was missing as we looked for him, we gave up after awhile and later that night he turned back up tail in the air and happy. Yet since he came back he slept a good deal of the night and morning, he'd still drink water and eat treats. Each passing day however he seemed a bit more relaxed and just slept around all day. Last time he got out he did exactly this, so we just assumed he was just spooked from being outdoors.

This seems different. He progressively seems to have weakened, just 2 days ago he could leap onto the top of the fridge. Now... he struggles to jump onto his cat tree just one day later. We don't have a vet we can just go to, our household don't own a car and he's never had a check up. This is the 3rd day since his great escape outdoors and now he's like a shadow of himself, he always gets into everything and runs through the house. Now he's just been resting all day, occasionally shifting in his sleep or waking up to groom himself. My hope is this is just a result of the excessive heat we had today and yesterday and he's just tired but part of me knows that may not be it. Did he do something when he was out and about? Did he just hurt himself at night when we were sleeping?

I'm desperately writing this to this sub with no clue what I should do or what I can do. I don't even know if I can even help him with how long it been since I was late to realize something is clearly wrong. I'm a terrible cat owner and I wish my Lil buddy never got out and we been more vigilant with the door.

What do I do guys? I'm lost. I honestly don't know and it's tearing me apart.

Looking for Content Creators that play modded Darkest Dungeon.

I want to watch some modded content but I'm not really up to speed on any creators like Thet or Baertaffy that still play. Is there anyone active? I know of kilted but I'm not the biggest fan and my last contact with them was pretty negative with their interaction with stream chat.
