Hainan airlines canceled my return flight to Europe 21/6/26, from shenzen , it was a direct flight. I'm trying to get an info in the chat, and just one time I arrived to talk to someone, the guy gave me an email, and I've sent 3 emails, almost one week , and no answer....
Im going to China with them in 2 days. But my return flight is canceled. What can I do? They'll probably propose a flight with a big stop in another Chinese city, a real prejudice for me. And I need to return in this day, I can't change.
I'm going to ask them to put me in a flight with a partner, I don't know, really stressed here.
Please, help me, it's the first time happens to me this kind of thing.
Anybody who knows better flights or even someone who works in hainan, please.

I want to know if it's necessary to fill out any online form, like these arrival card, to present at immigration. I saw this on YouTube and wanted to know if it's true.
