Deli. If your rotisserie oven were broken would you cook the raw chickens in the bakery oven?

Manager trying to force this, but I'm not budging. It's a cross contamination health code violation.

The final Dax pics post

There's more, but they don't get anymore diverse or less repetitive and all pretty much look similar to these. A couple bonus pics at the end. Sammy on the monitor at Louder than Life and the little circle pit on stage 1 side so maybe you'll see yourself!

A bunch of random pics I took of Dax over the years.

These were taken at: (Cat's Cradle - Carborro, NC) (Grog Shop - Cleveland, OH) (JBs - Kent, OH) (The Mayview - Raleigh, NC) 2010-2013. I have a ton more, but can only post 20 apparently.

The Story of Noichi the Blind

If you haven't read this one give it a shot. I remember first reading it almost 20 years ago thinking "yeah, this is pretty fucked up actually" and just pulled it out to read it again and it definitely holds up. Check it out. It's a super quick read under 100 pages.

Finally started putting my Godzilla shelf back together.

Got myself a new shelf, but underestimated how much I could fit on it. There's so much more to go on there and eventually I'll probably organize the bottom better and put the plush down there as well to make room for some of the other figures.

Found my original cassette in storage.

Bought this back when it came out and have had it ever since. I know i have the original Herzeleid cassette in there somewhere too, but thought this was pretty sweet either way. Great memories.

What is the deli markdown process for chicken/rotisserie?

Assume your time on the sticker times out at 3:40pm for example. You can then either start the cold process or mark them down, correct? The manager is forcing our deli to instantly throw them away and claiming everyone will get a year suspension. I've never heard of that shit and it's not how I've ever done it at any other business I've worked at. Also, all rotisseries and chicken left at close now gets thrown away because "no one is here to temp them through the night." I feel like im in bizarro world.
