
Jan to now- 172lb to 145lb
Finally reached my goal in time for my wedding in July! Calorie counting, 6 spin classes a week on my home bike and 10k steps a day, with 3 holidays/city breaks in the middle where I ate and drank whatever I wanted. I’m 5’9 for reference.
