I’ve been on half a dose of 25mg sertraline/zoloft pills for about 2 months now and I’m exhausted. My daily dose is 12.5mg and the panic attacks are definitely better, but I’m just not sure if my extreme exhaustion is from the zoloft or another one of my health conditions (also have hashimotos, but tests are pretty much the same currently- nothing standing out).

Was anyone else on a low dose of zoloft/sertraline and it also caused bad fatigue?
