I QUIT ahrefs!!!

Ahrefs is no longer reliable in my opinion.

Just today alone: data unavailable, delayed data, incorrect data.

No solid foundation, and above all:

Way too expensive!!!

AI has come so far:
why spend money on expensive SEO tools anymore?

best way to get clients:

  1. search for 15-20 weak GBPs in different niches

  2. rankings should be between 12-15 for their main keyword

  3. message them to optimize their profile for free

  4. when they ask „why?“, I would write „love your service/product/food - a lil optimizing process could boost your visibility. let me do that for you, I am a professional SEO.“

  5. DO GREAT WORK!

  6. Some of them will feel significant increase in customers and will write you again and/or recommend you to others.

  7. Now you got testimonials and your network gets bigger.

Qonto hat uns nach 3 Jahren einfach gekündigt

Ich weiß, dass sie das dürfen. Auch ohne Grund (wie in diesem Fall).

Wir arbeiten sauber, kein Bargeld, Zahlungen überwiegend an bekannte Firmen (Google, Amazon, Amex etc.).

Umsatz knapp mittlerer 5-stelliger Betrag. Branche: Online Marketing.

Weiß nicht, was wir falsch gemacht hätten.

Wie kann man sowas in Zukunft verhindern? Sind jetzt bei Finom.

"Agent A" by ahrefs? is it helpful for Local SEO?

I was a bit overwhelmed by that Agent A.

Did you see it? I mean: Claude helps me a lot and has access to ahrefs (MCP).

Are there any advantages?

I’ve been thinking about a tool like this all the time and brainstorming with AI.

I’ve built a lot of automations using Claude and similar tools (GBP onboarding, creating SEO/GEO content clusters with specific frameworks, automated business directory citations, etc.).

But I just can’t seem to come up with an idea where local SEO runs automatically with (to put it bluntly) a single click.

I know that would make agencies (like my own) obsolete.

But it would be suitable for the masses, for under $100. And scalable.

Somehow, that bugs me.

Do you know what I mean?
