has every day scholar paid for uniform(cse aiml). if no can someone tell is it necessary to pay and buy whole pack of 10 t shirt?

I ordered My laptop from flipkart. My laptop delivery date was of 19th july but they didn't deliver that day and I don't think they will deliver it today also (20th July). I ordered it from GOAT sale, so can someone tell what to do or should I visit their hub. Btw I also have to exchange my old laptop.
