I really don’t know what happened to Hazelwood all of a sudden. He seems completely out of rhythm. Glad Bhuvi had his off day before the playoffs itself — I’m not worried about him; he’ll do well. Same concern with Suyash too.

I hope Hazelwood finds his rhythm again and pulls off a Mitchell Starc-like 2024 IPL playoffs performance, switching on his clutch genes.

Suyash needs to use his brain a bit more. There’s no point bowling half-tracker googlies over and over again.

There’s no use getting pissed off when you yourself aren’t playing sensibly here. Sorry, I may get downvoted for this, but coming from a VK fan, I need him to do well in knockouts and pressure matches. He’s often going for poor shot selections or trying too hard to prove the so-called ‘intent’ narrative surrounding him. He just needs to play his natural game. His experience is crucial for the team.
