How can I get a divorce?

My husband is currently stationed at fort Campbell. We’ve been together for 10 years, married for 6. We have 4 children. I go to school full time, I graduate in a few months, and have stayed home with our children since their births. This year all 4 will be in school, and I have a part time job lined up during the week. We’ve accumulated some credit card debt and have a car loan. We’ve agreed to separate and I don’t want to leave him all of the debt plus child support but I know I can’t afford both. He has orders to Hawaii for next June and me and the children will not be going with him. I can move back home to Ohio and stay with my parents until I can afford a place on my own. For the most part it’s been very amicable. But he’s a habitual cheater and helps with none of the parenting. Sounds terrible to admit but life truly is more peaceful when he’s gone. I can see the difference in my children. I offered to make the trip once or twice a year so he can see them but he doesnt have any intentions on fighting me for any custody or placement. My issue is, I have no income and terrible credit so how else am I to get a lawyer? Unfortunately we do live on the KY side of post, I’m not even sure that fully matters depending on where I can file. But I would like to start this process and see what my options are.

Can I give him a baby?

I am female 27, and have 3 biological children with my ex husband. I am now about to be married to the love of my life, male 28, who has no child of his own. 5 years ago I had my daughter and had my tubes removed. Two of three of the children were conceived while I was on birth control and I couldn’t handle the mental load of another baby. All of my kids are less than 18 months apart. At the time of this decision I knew my marriage wouldn’t last much longer and needed to assure I wouldn’t have another baby with my ex. Our marriage was toxic and abusive. During our divorce proceedings I had 3 abnormal Pap smears and after more testing and scans, they found cancerous cells on my cervix and precancerous cells in my uterus. I had a long family history of uterine and cervical cancer. At the time I knew I wouldn’t want to risk anything, so I made the decision to get a partial hysterectomy. I’d rather be here and healthy for my children than risk my life for a potential future. I still have my ovaries and am healed and healthy. Fast forward 3 years and I am divorced but have a relit flame and amazing love with my fiancé. I truly am so lucky to have a love like this. But I regret my decisions everyday and so deeply wish I could give him a child of his own. He’s amazing with my children and deserves a love like no other. He’s the only son and the last of their last name. Fortunately he’s given me the privilege of being a stay at home parent while I maintain the home and homeschool my children. But that comes with the cost of 1 income. I know surrogacy could give us this wish. We know woman who would carry our child but I genuinely don’t believe we could afford the entire process. I know uterus transplants are possible now but unfortunately I am in a region where no one is preforming them. What are our options, costs, and process so I can give this man the baby he deserves?
