Just a quick question on the pale king, is all that extra stuff at the end something I should read back and forth as I progress through the story (like the endnotes in IJ) or is it something I should just read all together at the end when I eventually get there? Don’t wanna miss out on certain things only to read them later and would love some help from anyone who’s read it🙏

I’ve read everything besides oblivion, girl with curious hair, broom of the system and brief interviews with hideous men; and I’m currently reading the pale king.

Wanted to know if anyone had recommendation on what I should read next?

I’m going on a short trip and need a quick book to take with me, it’s between “a supposedly fun thing I’ll never do again” and “something to do with laying attention”

I wanna know which you’d recommend, if at all, for a quick read

So far I’ve read infinite jest, consider the lobster, and both flesh and not, and have loved them all, so I’d like to know if anyone can help me decide

Easily my favourite character, something so powerful about a man who spends so much time trying his best to communicate with Hal and care for him (despite, in my opinion, Hal being the son of the medical attaché) and who even in his death, chooses to try and make Hal whole.

I also love that, and again this is my opinion, he possess Stice and plays Hal in an attempt to spend time with him, but then realizes that Hal sort of doesn’t have the heart for tennis, still can’t communicate and connect with people, and that he wishes he could connect and communicate with people rather than just be a prodigy. And once J.O.I. realizes this is when he begins his haunting of E.T.A.

Just wondering if there’s a collection of all the little sayings that appear on posters and what not in infinite jest?
My favourite is still "Don't worry about getting in touch with your feelings; they'll get in touch with you." But they’re all so good lol

Since I’ve already applied for my summer OSAP, and the website says that summer UTAPS doesn’t require a second application—so does that mean when summer utaps eventually comes out that it’ll just automatically deposit if I’m eligible?

Also does anyone know when summer utaps drops?
