Staying healthy

I know this might be dumb but anyone here ever ask if you’re allowed to have a walking pad at your desk? I’m trying to figure out how to keep moving during 12 hour shifts

Non-emergency new hire

I got hired by my local police department for a non-emergency call taker. I’m a little nervous considering I’m not familiar with the roads in this area (I’m starting to familiarize myself with them on my own time) and I’m worried I’ll be too slow and need officers to repeat themselves because I don’t hear correctly on the radio. I’ve read advice on here to listen to the dispatch radio on my own time and just get use to listening to it so I’m doing that but what should I prepare myself for? Is non-emergency easier or I guess calmer than 911?

Vaseline under hydrocolloid patch after mole removal

I had a mole removal on my face and was told to keep it moist to prevent scabbing. Was told to use Vaseline and I can also use hydrocolloid patches. When I took the original bandage off to change it with the patch I realized I wasn’t sure if I use Vaseline and the patch on top. I called and the front desk lady said use both. But after Google searching it said the use one or the other and others said both. Which way is correct?

Horrible interview

I did horrible on an interview. I literally feel so awful right now. There was like 6 people interviewing me asking me questions off the bat and one made me feel like it was more of an interrogation. I really wanted this job and still do I’m so bummed. It was literally awful I want to cry.
