Which rug do you like better for my small office located in northeast Florida
I ordered a 9x12 rug on July 22nd. It’s August 16th and it still says delayed. I reached out to customer support who originally was wonderful and very attentive. They assured me they were reaching out to the warehouse to get an estimate on when I can expect my rug to arrive. The final email I received essentially said “thank you for waiting for your rug. Here’s a 40% off code on your next rug”. Why would I order another rug when I’m not even sure I’ll get the rug I ordered? Anyone else experiencing this? I would at least like a rough estimate on when I can expect my rug to ship.
I bought a ruggbale 4 years ago and have only carpet washed it or washed in washer and let air dry. I finally decided to dry on low heat and it messed up my carpet. Whats the point of advertising drying if it messes up your carpet. I have the 9x12 and was always scared of it messing up in the dryer which is why I never did and now this happened.
Could use some advice.
This is the cream Nina Takesh Seine Black & Ivory Rug - and it’s starting to show some real wear from daily use (2 adults + 1 pet). I’ve had it 4 years in the living room
After washing it, it looks even more worn out in some areas
I tried washing in hot water + benzoyl peroxide to lift stains. Didn’t help. Do we just throw this rug in the garbage?
I also asked the @ruggable Instagram page and they never replied. Really disappointed
I placed an order for a rug on July 26. Was surprised it wouldn't be shipped until August. Now the original shipment date has passed and it's saying the order is delayed.
Customer support hasn't been responsive.
Anyone else experiencing the same issues?
Has anyone tried using a BISSELL little green max to clean their 9x12 ruggable??
I recently purchased the cleaner to clean our couch and thought I might give it a try but wanted to see if anyone has had any experience cleaning their rugg with a BISSELL or anything similar. Thanks!
