I am redoing my living room. This is a 8x10 rug, should I return it and go to a 9x12? *Note, art work, curtains, coffee table and a recliner are incoming, and that black box on the floor will be going away. Also, if anyone has any suggestions.
Our 7x9 rug is too big for the washer, so I clean it on the deck. Soak it with the hose, mix up a bucket of warm water and detergent, dump it on and scrub with a push broom. Some of the stubborn areas require some spot cleaner as well. The rinse off with a hose sprayer on jet setting, or if I’m not lazy I get out the pressure washer. Hard to fully rinse it out with the hose, so I then stuff it in the washer for a deep fill rinse and spin. Dry by draping over chairs wi the a fan underneath. Before and after pics.
Just wanted to report my current experience with the company.
I ordered at the end of August. Still waiting for my rug. Contacted customer service several times. They were nice but I was basically lied to every time.
At one point, they told me that they have a lot of orders to evade and are currently way behind. The fact that the website doesn’t mention that at all (7-10 days to ship was their expectation when I ordered) convinced me to warn other people here.
Personally, I loved Ruggable but this is the end for me. Looking elsewhere in the future. Delays can happen, but having to always reach out to get info and being gaslighted every time is too much.

Think I might have to take it to a laundromat not sure if my home washer is big enough for this (standard Samsung front loader) - would that be inappropriate?
Also, any recommendations on what mode to wash in?
Says dry on air fluff mode but I have not seen that in the washer

Hello, I’ve been going through the reddit and I guess I am just not understanding. So I apologize if this has been asked a million times.
We have a male dog who is having more accidents in the house. The black pad underneath the rug reeks now. But they are really big rugs and I cannot move all the furniture to take the rug top off and get to the pad underneath.
I have tried enzyme cleaners, baking soda, wet vacs multiple times. But I cannot get the smell out. It literally burns my nose.
Is there a way to clean the black pad through the rug on the top. Or am I going to have to bite the bullet and enlist help so I can take the rug off to reveal the black pad?
