I want a second phone

I have a iPhone at the moment a 17 pro but I’m looking into dual wielding a separate phone for photos and just a backup that i own entirely cause my parents pay for the service on my 17 i want a backup/burner kinda I have cash around 1k looking for a phone with better camera zoom I don’t care what kind cause nothing sensitive is going on the spare phone I would hope I could get it a phone number and pay for those service things at like Walmart

I have some spare PC’s that lay around I used the one with 48gb of ddr4 as a AI server which it works great running Ubuntu I mostly need help finding use for the rest like on kinds of servers or something cool I guess

12th gen i3 i think 16gb ddr4 ssd

I3 3rd gen some how it has 4 cores I don’t know how 12gb ddr3
