Ewan ko bakit ganito nalang kalala yung lungkot ko. I’ve been a fan for 5 years na. Pero ibang klase yung lungkot ko na di pa rin ako nakakasecure ng tix for two days na. 😭
The chances of securing tickets are super low na raw during Gen Sale, which is bukas na.

How do you overcome cravings caused by insulin resistance?
So ayun na nga, 4 days na ako mula nung mag stop mag take ng Metformin dahil sa acne breakout.
Ang problem ko naman ngayon is nagsisimula na naman ang cravings ko. Paano ba to ma-overcome? :(

Metformin and acne breakout
Anyone here na nakaexperience na magkaroon ng acne breakout dahil sa Metformin?
I started taking Metformib nung February. Glumet 500 mg. lang tapos once a day. Nagkaka-pimples na ko neto pero di pa malala. Sobrang nag crave pa rin ako sa pagkain and sweets and lalo nag weight gain kaya tinaasan ng endocrinologist to Glumet XR 500 mg.
Mula nun, sobrang lala na ng acne breakout ko. Nahihiya ako lumabas ng bahay and magpakita sa mga kaibigan ko dahil sa acne. Ngayon ko lang naexperience to. 😭
I’m also taking Yaz pills prescribed by my OB-GYNE naman para daw mawala yung pimples.
Should I stop taking Metformin na kaya to avoid acne breakout?
