Yeah pretty self explanatory

I went on a one week vacation down to the shore and three days before I get back. I get a call from one of my friends telling me some kind of story how the two landlords that own that plaza got into some kind of dispute and one of them put up a fence don’t know how true the story is however, the fence part is definitely true if you were a long time new city or Rockland resident that has used this Plaza you were used to come into this plaza about 3 to 4 different ways and be able to access all parts now there is a specific entrance and exit for each plaza with a fence down the middle. I personally think that this fence will do more harm than good and wonder what the reasoning behind it was the only way I could understand it if one partner was neglecting to hold up his end of the maintenance and the other one was paying for everything maybe he just got tired of it and fenced it up, but I truthfully don’t know the story.

so I recently traded my team Rockets Mewtwo, that I had gotten graded myself, seeing the volatility of modern cards and the fact the card dropped five to $700 from the time I sent it into grading which I understand is completely normal. I wanted to trade into sealed as it seems more stable in a long run was able to get this trade done through a nice guy I met on Facebook marketplace was able to get those three sealed items and 20 bucks let me know what you guys think as I am just starting off my sealed collection and want opinions and advice

Obviously, super pumped not gonna be ungrateful obviously I’m super thrilled however, those of you who know when this card came out it was $500 raw and PSA 10 was for 1.5 K nowRaw goes for about $400 and graded PSA 10 is now about 1 k. Personally while the value is still decent I want to combine with some of my other cards to trade this into a vintage charizard or something that can appreciate nicely personally I really like the card and the artwork and can see the appeal. I just don’t see modern holding as nicely as some vintage cards. The population is a little bit scary as well as the price drop not looking for anything crazy just any opinions or strategies from anybody would be nice.
