How badly did drugs affect doc and strawberry in 86?
I always talk about this with my dad. I was born in 1986, so technically, I didn't get to experience the gloriousness that was the 86 mets.
The context is, I grapple and box (wish I could play baseball, but I've got Spina Bifida), and I always say to my dad that if I did drugs like Dwight Gooden and Daryl Strawberry, I'd be better. I also said we should have gone to their number retirement ceremony. My dad always tells me they weren't that great due to their drug use. Plausible, but, given everything else, how much did it actually affect them.
Just curious how much truth my dad is saying
I think old world Christmas is mislabeling their ornaments
One of my hobbies is perusing old world Christmas and looking at all the ornaments and decor. I'm not sure this is a sweet potato
Witness to the Execution
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0111737/ this came out in 1994, about a television executives desire to broadcast an execution on PPV. It stars Tim Daly and Sean Young. Young plays the exec, and while she's interviewing Daly's character, the condemned man, she begins to doubt his guilt and goes on a mission to prove his innocence. I had never seen this but saw a picture in TV Guide as well as a little article. I couldn't make much sense of it at 8 years old and really thought Tim Daly was going to be executed for something in 1999
2010s British horror movie
