Good places in Lahore (or Faisalabad) for export leftovers & high-quality unbranded clothing?

I'm in Lahore for about a month (visiting from Islamabad), and I've always heard that clothing here is much cheaper with a much better selection.

I'm not looking for fake LV, Gucci etc.

Instead, I'm interested in:

Export leftovers/surplus from brands produced in Pakistan.

Factory outlets or stores selling genuine export-quality pieces.

High quality unbranded basics with good fabric and stitching.

I'm happy to spend an entire day shopping and can even drive to Faisalabad if it's worth it.

I'm mainly looking for men's clothing T-shirts, polos, shirts, jeans, trousers, and maybe some activewear.

Where would you recommend? Specific markets, stores, factory outlets, or even hidden gems would be greatly appreciated. Also, are there any places I should avoid, do mention if parking is a hassle anywhere and I take uber, I havent been here much.

Property worth 50m for rental income? Cautious investment.

Hello everyone,

My father recently retired and sold his only property in Lahore because he wants to reinvest the funds closer to where we are. Also, that was giving a return of like 100k per month only

He has a budget of around PKR 50 million and is primarily looking for an investment in Bahria Town or DHA.

The main objective is to generate rental income, while also keeping the option open for us to move into the property ourselves in the future if needed.

I'd really appreciate any advice on:

Which areas or phases would be the safest and most sensible investment?

What kind of monthly rental income can we realistically expect with this budget?

Are there any locations, projects, or types of properties we should avoid?

My father has unfortunately lost around PKR 7 million to scams in the past, something I only found out recently. This is the first time he's asked for my opinion before making an investment, so I want to help him make a well nformed and secure decision.

Any genuine advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Accommodation, 40 days, any leads?

Hi everyone,

I'm coming from Islamabad to Lahore for around 40 days to attend a summer course at LUMS. Since I'm not eligible for university accommodation, I'm looking for a furnished studio apartment (or a similar setup) with a budget of up to PKR 100,000 for the entire stay.

If anyone has any leads or recommendations, I'd really appreciate your help. Thank you!
