In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding our reach by driving lead generation initiatives. The key responsibilities include:

• Develop and manage list of leads.
• Conduct cold calling targeting qualified leads to secure product demonstrations

What We Are Looking For

• Demonstrated resilience and confidence in high-volume cold calling and tele-sales activities.
• Proactive self-starter with the ability to independently source leads and initiate outreach without constant supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Hindi is preferred.
• High degree of drive and professionalism, focused on achieving growth targets.
• Reliable remote work setup (phone and internet connection) is essential.
• Open to students, recent graduates, or anyone looking to break into sales/growth.

I work as a HR manager for a startup company who has their head office in Noida, UP.
