I can’t access my account due to this

My account suddenly logged out due to suspicious activity. I’ve tried to sign in, type google auth code, then it asks me for verification through phone number. The problem is that I don’t have that number anymore. I’ve tried with recovery codes but same it asks me to verify via code on phone number.

Now I’m stuck on this for over two weeks. I’ve waited one week without trying to sign in but same problem.

Does anyone know about this or how to bypass it ??

My problem with AdSense is that my account has been disapproved four times, even though it's a new account and I've verified all my information, including my tax details. The reason I opened a new account is that the AdSense support team asked me to close my previous one due to an identity verification issue (because my account was US-based, but my ID isn't). So, they asked me to close the account and open a new one, which I did. Now I'm stuck with the account being disapproved, even though there is no issues with my channel, no violations or strikes, and no problems with my previous AdSense account.

If someone can help me get my account approved i will pay you.
