evil dead 2 has some really great deleted scenes that never made it into the movie (eg. extended work shed and laughing scene, time travel sequences and just a few scenes to let the horror settle in) and with an extremely likely chance of a rerelease next years for its 40th anniversary, what do you think the odds of us getting an extended cut will be?

i just recently watched drag me to hell, the movie is great and very evil dead reminiscent, do you guys consider it loosely canon?

i can never actually tell what this is meant to be both design wise and story wise
why do some versions of evil dead two have a more grey tone whilst some have more natural blue tones colour scaling wise? i prefer the blue personally
how would that work with evil dead one logic or am i overthinking it
i’m a simple man. i would’ve payed good money to see freddy jason and ash just going all out and duking it out in the final act. and ash fully winning i feel like would be the only viable option here instead of the semi open ended ending of fvj with freddy opening his eyes at the end.
i dont have a specific favourite but i think one of the most underrated parts of aved has to be how the end credits songs directly relate to the cliffhanger endings
