Could anyone help me find a webcomic?

Hi all! Apologies if this isn't the best place to ask, I'll take this down and ask elsewhere if this is against the rules or something.

I'm trying to find a webcomic I stumbled across a while back after I finished reading Fallout Equestria and started looking for similar stories. I remember the first page was a long shot over a futristic city with a character talking it up, before cutting to the character complaining about how they still had to run on "fucking cobblestone", but not anything else. If anyone knows the comic, or can think of a better place to ask, please let me know. Thanks in advance!

LF Fic where Loki adopts Harry before his second year of Hogwarts.

As the title says, im looking for a fic where Harry summons Loki (accidentally, maybe?) while he's locked up in Dudley's spare room, and Loki decided to adopt him. I distinctly remember Ron and Hermione being naturally suspicious about him, with some line about how Harry had a chance to be Dudley in his first year and clearly didn't like it being thrown out. I want to say it was on fanfiction.net, but I'm not certain. Thanks in advance!

Having trouble actually winning with my Oloro Extra Upkeep deck. Is it an issue with how I've built it, or with how I'm piloting it?

As the title says, I'm having trouble actually winning with my Oloro Extra Upkeep deck. It's only won a few times out of the 15+ games ive played with it, and all of those were thanks to [[Court of Cunning]], which i find a bit boring.

However, I enjoy playing the deck; the gameplay loop is satisfying, the tutor web I've made is interesting to me, and overall I do like the deck. I'm just trying to figure out if it's me not pushing for other win conditions, or if it's the deck not being able to get at them/keep them in play. Thanks in advance!

P.S. I know switching to [[Obeka, Splitter of Seconds]] or [[The Ninth Doctor]] would probably solve most of my issues in regards to not winning ([[Descent into Avernus]], [[Court of Ire]], and other such effects are better than, say, [[Contamination]] for closing games) but I wanted to build a deck that didn't rely on my commander to function like most of my other decks.
