For me, it was Undertale. Seeing how much personality, emotion, and creativity one indie game could have really made game development feel more personal and possible.

We’re working on Horse & Horse, a chaotic 8-player PvP party fighter about medieval horses fighting with swords, crossbows, shields, and magic.
It’s meant to be the kind of game you jump into with friends for quick, messy arena matches where everything can go wrong in a funny way.
We just released a free demo on Steam, and we’d love to get more people to try it. Right now, we’re especially looking for feedback on the combat feel, readability, and whether the chaos feels fun or too hard to follow.

I’m working on Horse & Horse, a chaotic party PvP game where up to 8 players battle in medieval arenas — as warrior horses.
The idea is simple: quick matches, unpredictable arena chaos, swords, shields, crossbows, magic, traps, and one horse left standing.
